How do I return an item?
New unused items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping must be paid for by the purchaser. Antiques and vintage items are sold “as-is” and are non-returnable. Personalized products are not returnable unless a typographical error is made on our part
Please use the "Send us Feedback" link at the bottom of our website to request a return authorization and provide name, and order number along with the item you would like to return or send email to Sales@VintageSnow.net. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
